“Oranges and Lemons” is a nursery rhyme and one of the most popular singing games.
Lyrics cites, through their bells who are supposed to talk to each other, several churches of London. The first of them could be referring to the church of St. Clement Danes or St. Clement Eastcheap, close to which there is a market of citrus fruits. St. Clement Danes’ bells are today tuned to the melody of the rhyme.

The following arrangement is in D major scale and 6/8 meter. As you can see, the left hand is very easy, playing only one note which implies the corresponding chord.
Remember to practice each hand alone before joining the two hands together. Then play the tune at a slow tempo, until you get the hang of it.
